The power of group giving

Join a collaborative effort to better our community. Each year, Giving Society members delve into social issues facing children and families, then vote to invest in a specific need. Pooled resources create a measurable change in our area- and a far greater impact.

More than 50% of kindergartners in Polk County do not test on level. Florida Children’s Museum provides critical, play-based interventions to raise kindergarten readiness but what would it look like to scale that across a whole school or district?

Healthy Families

More than ever, families are seeking mental health help. Post-pandemic parenting is uncharted territory. Florida Children’s Museum has access to social services through their partnership with United Way. What does that look like as a community-wide effort?
