Base rental for the conference room starts at $350.
Base event rental includes:
- 4 hours for your event
- Seat 25 comfortably
- Set-up time available based on the Museum’s program schedule
- Facility technician as technical support
- Large, high definition screen with easy HDMI or Bluetooth connection
- Lighting controls
- Buffet space for food and beverage
Add ons:
- $100 for each additional hour $750 for access to Museum exhibits
- Add catering from one of Bonnet Springs Park’s preferred vendors
- Bar service available through Bonnet Springs Park exclusively
