Conference Room Rental

Base rental for the conference room starts at $350.

Base event rental includes:

  • 4 hours for your event
  • Seat 25 comfortably
  • Set-up time available based on the Museum’s program schedule
  • Facility technician as technical support
  • Large, high definition screen with easy HDMI or Bluetooth connection
  • Lighting controls
  • Buffet space for food and beverage

Add ons:

  • $100 for each additional hour $750 for access to Museum exhibits
  • Add catering from one of Bonnet Springs Park’s preferred vendors
  • Bar service available through Bonnet Springs Park exclusively
