Themed Programming I All Month
Zumbini / Sept 15 – Oct 15
This month, our Movin’ and Groovin’ daily program takes on a new beat! Get into the groove with Latin music and rhythm instruments. Join us in the Watermelon Seeds Gallery, in the Fruit Bowl programming area. Designed for children 6 and under.
Book Give Away / Sept 20
Participate in daily programming and take home a free Spanish / English bilingual children’s book while supplies last. Visit Watermelon Seeds or Design Park to paticipate.
Puerto Rican Bomba Dancing / Oct 4
From 1 pm to 2 :30 pm, join a 15 minute dance workshop from Puerto Rico Es Bomba dance company in our Black Box Theatre.
Funky Friends / Select Dates
Dance to Latin beats and learn new dance moves on FCM’s first floor. Program open to all ages. Available dates: 1 pm to 2 pm on Sept 13 , 21 & 28, Oct 5, 11,& 12.
