Florida Children’s Museum features world-class exhibits that foster creativity, innovation, critical thinking, and imagination for all! Field Trips are aligned to Florida’s B.E.S.T. standards and intentionally support mathematical thinking, the nature of science, and literacy development.
School Groups
Field trips are available to book for the 2022-23 school year! This is learning through play at its best! Field trips are offered from September through May and can be booked Tuesday through Friday. Three trip options are available, with room for up to 200 guests.
Other Groups
Trips for preschools or camps are offered year round for groups of 10 to 200.
Responsibilities of Teachers and Chaperones
- Minimum ratio of 1:9 for supervision
- Each teacher or chaperone is responsible for maintaining supervision of students assigned to them
- Each teacher or chaperone must confirm all assigned students are accounted for prior to moving to a new Museum space
- Teacher or chaperone is responsible for discipline of students. FCM staff will redirect as necessary, but will not discipline students.
